Service Description
CIRCULATION + DIGESTION + RESTORATIVE RESET A meditative breathwork session designed to calm the nervous system, remove tension, and support the heart muscle by alleviating its workload. The stimulation of the vagus nerve and shift into a parasympathetic state also aids our digestive organs and general gastrointestinal well-being. No previous breathwork experience is needed. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and find a place where you can lie down or sit comfortably without interruption. YOU MAY EXPERIENCE: • Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation • Release of physical and emotional tension • Greater calm, clarity, and presence • Improved connection to your breath and body • A peaceful transition into the rest of your evening WHAT YOU NEED: • Comfortable surface to lie down or sit • Water • Pillow (under your knees) and blanket recommended for extra comfort • No pillow for under your head, if needed, use a thinly folded blanket or neckroll (keeping your throat space open) OPTIONAL: • Eye cover • Headphones / external speaker Voice guided by Nadine Tlili, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Coach. Background sound: low volume, atmospheric instrumental alternative music with psychedelic, ambient, and experimental elements.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. At Breath Alkemē’s discretion and subject to availability, we may offer a transfer to another session of the same Program, account credit, or another reasonable accommodation. No-shows and missed portions of a session are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.
