Breath Alkemē is a project of The Studio Warwick LLC ("Breath Alkemē," "we," "us," or "our"). We strive to provide a welcoming, well-organized, and high-quality experience for every participant. This Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how registrations, attendance, cancellations, transfers, and refunds are handled so participants know what to expect before registering for our Programs.

For purposes of this Policy, references to "Breath Alkemē" refer to the Breath Alkemē project operated by The Studio Warwick LLC. References to "Breath Alkemē," "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Studio Warwick LLC.

For purposes of this Policy, "Programs" refers collectively to group breath coaching sessions, breathwork sessions, classes, workshops, courses, special events, and related educational offerings, unless otherwise stated for a specific Program.

 

1. Scope

This Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy governs registrations for all Breath Alkemē Programs unless otherwise stated for a specific offering.

By registering for a Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

 

2. All Sales Final

Because participation in our Programs requires advance planning, instructor preparation, and limited participant capacity, all purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Breath Alkemē.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Group breath coaching sessions

• Breathwork sessions or classes

• Workshops

• Courses

• Special events

• Digital products

• Class packages

• Gift certificates

All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or another Program.

Any registrations, packages, credits, or purchases must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Expired registrations, credits, or packages are forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended unless otherwise approved by Breath Alkemē in its sole discretion.

 

3. Registration

Your registration reserves your place in a Program.

Registration is considered complete only after full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Breath Alkemē.

Breath Alkemē reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations when necessary to protect the safety, integrity, or operation of its Programs.

 

4. Participant Responsibilities

To help ensure a positive experience for everyone, participants are responsible for:

• Registering with accurate and complete information.

• Reviewing confirmation emails and Program communications.

• Submitting completed intake forms as prompted.

• Arriving on time for scheduled Programs.

• Meeting any published prerequisites for participation.

• Notifying Breath Alkemē in advance of any accessibility needs or accommodations that may support their participation.

 

5. Participant Cancellations and Transfers

If you are unable to attend a registered Program, please notify Breath Alkemē as soon as reasonably possible.

Refunds are generally not available. However, at Breath Alkemē's sole discretion and subject to availability, we may allow:

• Transfer to another offering of the same Program;

• Account credit toward a future Program; or

• Another reasonable accommodation determined by Breath Alkemē.

Approved transfers may be subject to registration availability and any applicable difference in Program fees.

 

6. Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales of downloadable materials, recorded classes, online courses, and other digital products are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or transfers.

 

7. Class Size

Program capacities are established by Breath Alkemē based on the format of the Program, available space, venue requirements, and the instructor's judgment to help ensure a safe, comfortable, and effective experience for all participants.

Each registration is valid for one participant only unless otherwise stated.

If you would like to bring a guest or register an additional participant, please contact Breath Alkemē in advance to confirm availability and complete a separate registration, if required.

 

8. Waitlists

When a Program reaches capacity, Breath Alkemē may establish a waitlist.

Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee registration or admission to a Program.

Participants will be contacted if space becomes available.

 

9. Program Start and End Times

To respect the schedules of all participants and instructors, Programs begin and end at their scheduled times.

Participants who arrive late or leave early remain responsible for the full registration fee.

Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled end time, and missed portions of a Program cannot be refunded, credited, or made up at another time.

 

10. Recording Notice

Certain online Programs, including group breath coaching sessions, breathwork sessions, classes, workshops, and courses, may be recorded in accordance with the Breath Alkemē Terms & Conditions.

By participating in a recorded Program, you acknowledge that recordings may occur as described in those Terms.

 

11. No-Shows

Failure to attend a registered Program without prior notice ("no-show") will result in the forfeiture of the registration.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for no-shows except where required by applicable law.

 

12. Instructor or Program Cancellation

If Breath Alkemē must cancel a Program due to instructor illness, severe weather, insufficient enrollment, technical issues, venue limitations, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Reschedule the Program;

• Substitute an instructor;

• Move the Program to an online format, where appropriate;

• Issue a credit toward a future Program; or

• Provide a refund.

The remedy offered will be determined by Breath Alkemē based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

 

13. Requests for Exceptions

We understand that extraordinary situations may arise.

Requests for exceptions to this Policy may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Requests are evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances and do not obligate Breath Alkemē to make the same decision in future situations.

15. Changes to This Policy

Breath Alkemē reserves the right to modify this Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.

When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the beginning of this Policy.

Your continued registration for or participation in our Programs after any revised Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
