Hi, I'm Nadine Tlili,

/na.din//t'lili/

Originally from Berlin, I sought to rebuild my life in my early 20s. I packed two suitcases and moved to NYC. I worked, studied, explored, and eventually found my voice and my calling—breathwork sent me into a whole new world of peace and calm that I hadn't met (above water) before.

Practicing breathwork transformed me, and I believe most people can benefit from breathwork, especially in combination with other somatic practices. Witnessing people transform, often after just one breathwork session, is why I can't stop studying, teaching, and facilitating these profound experiences.

My Story,

Early trauma shaped a depressed but highly functioning child. Anxiety, eating disorders, and autoimmune issues followed. When I moved to NYC, my control issues with food were replaced by workaholism, an unconscious transition from one addiction to another—a different behavior, but driven by something remarkably similar.

At some point, I had to recognize the driving force underneath it all: I was trying to escape.

Changing that meant making enormous changes in nearly every area of my life. I was struggling with dissociation, attachment, intimacy, suppressed anger, low self-esteem, and even lower self-worth. I tried therapy more than once, and every form of self-help, medication, and meditation I could find. Some of it helped for a while, but the racing thoughts always returned—especially when I tried to sleep.

Then I discovered breathwork.

The effect was unlike anything I had experienced through meditation alone. Breathwork gave me a way to work with my mind through my body—not simply trying to think my way out of patterns I had spent a lifetime developing. Over time, it fundamentally changed my relationship with myself, my nervous system, and the way I experience my life.

That is why I teach it today. Not because I believe breathwork is a magic pill, or because one practice can solve everything, but because I know firsthand how powerful it can be. Unlike many practices that can take time to understand, breathwork is something you can actually experience. When you’re willing to do the “work” part of breathwork—to participate rather than simply observe—the shift can be tangible, even in your very first session.

What I Believe, and

Meaningful change requires consistent action.

Insights are valuable; however, at some point, we have to act, do the work, embody those insights if we want to create that meaningful change within ourselves. My role is to make change practical and accessible with tools that help you reach your mind and body. Small, intentional shifts can impact internal patterns in mindblowing ways.

This work doesn’t need to be complicated, heavy, or endless. In fact, it can be surprisingly simple and enjoyable. The “work” can create an immediate shift. You only have to show up and practice.

Working with Me...

I help people create real, meaningful change in their lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I give people practical tools, guidance, and support to interrupt patterns that no longer serve them and replace them with healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.

My approach is compassionate, but it’s also honest. Change asks us to recognize what we’re doing, understand what’s driving it, and then practice something different until different begins to feel natural.

I know this because I had to learn it for myself first. Everything I teach is rooted in practices and tools I’ve used in my own life. I didn’t arrive here because I had it all figured out. Quite the opposite. I was a mess. I had to learn how to change my own patterns, regulate my nervous system, and build a life that felt fundamentally different from the one I had been living.

And it worked. I didn’t just learn how to cope better—I learned how to live better.

That’s what I want to share with others: tools that create real change, practices that become part of everyday life, and the understanding that where you are today does not have to be where you stay.

What I admire about Barron,

Barron is grounded, analytical, warm, and deeply caring. There’s a steadiness about him that lets you know you’re in good hands, paired with an analytical mind that brings clarity and thoughtfulness to the way he approaches challenges. He is, quite simply, the best business partner I could have dreamed up.

When I met Barron, I had been practicing long-form breathwork for four years already. Joining various group sessions on a weekly basis (that's how I started, and that is still my happiness rhythm). Barron introduced me to a completely new and complementary practice: super-short (5-min) breathing exercises, three times daily. He had been transforming his coaching clients' lives with this incredibly accessible regimen for years, and it instantly opened new doors for me too.

I now recommend a daily practice to everyone, and Barron is the best teacher and coach for it.
